Humphrey Gaslights are economical to use. Gas consumption is 1,800 BTU's per hour. One ‘'pound'' of propane gas produces approximately twelve hours of light at a cost of just a few pennies per hour.
For fixed applications such as home, cabin, the lamp uses a pre-formed mantle as the light emitting source. That means the mantle is perfectly shaped from start to finish and is easy to install or replace if necessary.
For mobile applications such as a camper or RV, the lamp uses a flexible tie-on mantle which is more resistant to breakage caused by motion on the road.
No matter with model you need, each gaslight gives you the same reliable bright light comparable to a 50 watt bulb.
